Really enjoyed. Like my room, location and view from there.

Nice property. Very calm and peaceful. We can relax without any stress.

Property location is good. But evening time it’s huge traffic to reach the city. Otherwise everything is fine. Personally like the property very much. And one more thing to add is that this property is not a happening resort, not much activities anything, but we can relax without any disturbance.

sometimes difficult to get a bolt as it was a very busy road and drivers kept canceling, Too many stairs to family suite,5 flights up and down , no lift, Worst was the Weed smell.Whole place sells of cannabis, Tourists smoking cannabis on the balcony's and around the pool , no respect for others and our young baby .Staff don't enforce the Thai rules of not smoking in public places , this spoilt our stay . Kids club, metal slide , extremely hot, very dangerous, toys stuck to shelves kids not allowed to touch ,

Our stay at Fusion Suites was amazing (we couldn’t ask for anything better) and a great way to start off our Thailand Tr

Facilities were exceptionally clean - rooms had extra locks for additional security and safety. 24/7 reception made checking in super easy especially when flights are delayed and guests reach the hotel after midnight. All items in the fridge were also complimentary which made our night as we have come from a 9hr trip and only arrived at 2AM when not many stores were open

Everything was great - nothing we did not like.

Wonderful

The available amenities were great, from the infinity pool to the rooftop bar. The staff were very welcoming and were able to accommodate all of our requests. Also the location was beautiful, with a good view of the beach and the city from the rooftop. We wished we could have stayed another day just to enjoy the hotel.

Bathroom layout is a bit odd with the see-through glass from shower to toilet area.

The bar and breakfast staff are wonderfull the day spa staff and services were fantastic, the hotel was great so it made

Loved the fact it was 10 minutes out from busy central Patong, but easy to catch shuttle bus down and back. However I think some later return busses would be great 10:15 and 12:15 possibly.

I had asked to be put next to each other as a family, our room apparently needed aircon fixed and they would put us in when fixed, however they never did, after I had payed for 2 pool access suites to enjoy being with the family and sitting in the pool together with some more friends also on our trip. It was an on going joke that we were in the basement while our son was up in the posh part. ( they did however provide him with a neighbour a few days later, so I'm not sure why we couldn't be together as I requested.

Brilliant stay! Large clean room, staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and pleasant stay

Breakfast selection was great! The food menu was delicious and cocktail selection excellent.

More sun loungers at pool area would be good as opposed to the day beds and cushions for them as they weren’t very comfortable to lye on. Also maybe some sun loungers on the roof top would be nice for quiet sunbathing area as the pool area got very busy with children.

Wonderful

Friendly and caring staff. Nice facilities, pool and restaurant. Delicious breakfasts.

We changed rooms twice at the arrival as the pool access room was really bad smelling. Maybe the effect of rainy days and no ventilation, but hotel staff was helpful with the change to the different room, however there was no money return when we changed for a lower standard room.

Nice hotel with good rooms and facilities, that can become very good with a better effort from the hotel.

The bed was large and good, nice bathtub and shower with hot water and good pressure. Room had a great layout with beautiful view and balcony. Large pools and overall clean facilities. A mini bar in the room was filled with free sodas, juices and water every day. The hotel is modernly designed, and the breakfast is good (tho not superb).

When we arrived the man at the front desk said they double booked our room type and tried to downgrade us and make it look like the upgraded us. After we had an unpleasant argument, a room that fitted our booking was arranged. The hotel is up a hill, which can be good due to the city being loud and crowded, but this means reaching Patong beach is available only with a shuttle, that goes out every 2 hours from 10 to 20 and needs to be booked at least 1 hour ahead. The shuttle is crowded, has no air conditioning, and the ride takes a long time due to traffic. This solution does not fit a 5 stars hotel, and is a shame since with very little effort on behalf of this hotel I would have given them a 10 and not 8. I have other small nitpicks such as soap and shampoo not being refilled when asked, maintenance works on sewage and air conditioning, and not receiving 2 room key cards from the beginning, but the are insignificant in comparison to my major complaints.

It was good; value for money. Staff were friendly and the room view was amazing. They have free shuttle bus to the beach and mall. Same as pictures

The halal breakfast options were not enough. Just 2 types of cheese and it was not that good. Bakeries somehow tastes weird. So, our stay mainly was based on omelettes but it’s fine.

Everything. From arriving 2 hours before our room was ready where we were welcomed to enjoy all the facilities available which included the pool; to using the free shuttle service into Patong which was great and the friendly staff who were always a delight from dawn till dusk. The staff are amazing and courteous.

This has nothing to do with the Resort or Staff. Unfortunately some of the people who stayed at the Resort, need a massive wake up call at how to be humble and not treating the staff like their own personal slaves. It was appalling to witness the behaviour of others (certain nationalities that have a reputation of being high maintenance and arrogant). It's a shame you can't rate your guests so other Resorts can get a heads up which would surely change their behaviour towards others (and what's worse, teaching the next generation of their ugly habits).

Very pleasant (short) stay not too close to Patong beach (is a plus for me)

Breakfast selection - Very friendly staff - Clean room (family suite) - Spacious bathroom and shower - Very relaxable bed - 24/7 reception (I got a very smooth check out at 5am) - Free WiFi - Grate location (10-15 mins away) to (downtown) Patong beach (is a plus for me) - The hotel SPA is nice and well organized (I had 2 treatments) - I will visit again on my next trip to explore more (for vacation this time).
